Welcome to Ferry Landing Home Owners Association Web Site. It was developed to serve as an informative resource for our community and homeowners association.

Ferry Landing is a quiet and wonderful community just a short walk to Ferry Beach, Camp Ellis Beach and Camp Ellis Pier. The neighborhood consists of 28 homes in an area that offers up to 7 miles of shoreline for walking and beach combing.

The community is located on Landing Road, a town maintained road, which consists of a U shaped road, you can find directly off of Ferry Road also known as Beach Road and Hwy 9. If you are coming from the town of Saco, it is on your left just before you get to a bridge that goes over a Marsh. (Refer to our Web Site Location Page for more information.)

The local woodlands and marsh provides a habitat for a variety of wildlife including geese, ducks, egrets, and many different species of hawks.

The property borders Ferry Beach State Park and Ferry Beach Conference Association.  For information on State Park refer to :

Ferry Landing, Saco History

In 2000, Doyle Enterprises took an important step forward by undertaking the Ferry Landing subdivision project in Saco, Maine.  This ambitious project, that included building 28 houses on a large 19 acre lot, not only set Doyle Enterprises in the new direction of real estate development, but also defined the character of Doyle Enterprises as a responsible and innovative development company.  Rather than packing the maximum number of houses on one to two acre lots, Diane’s Ferry Landing project broke from the industry norm by clustering the development onto the front 11 acres. 

The remaining land was then donated, complete with trails, to Saco Bay Trails.  The project was an overwhelming success, not only with the satisfied customers that enjoy the developments intimate feel, but also with the community of Saco as a whole.
